The largest stand at the international property show held in Cannes each March. Pipers Projects have designed, constructed and managed the pavilion on behalf of The Mayor of London and over 100 of the leading developers, borough councils and property professionals since 1992.

The largest stand at the international retail show held in Cannes each November. Pipers Projects have designed, constructed and managed the stand on behalf of over 40 of the leading developers, borough councils and property professionals operating in the UK retail sector since 2000.

Pipers Projects manage the dedicated business marketing suite on behalf of the City of London Corporation which is also home to the Pipers City of London Interactive Model (see below).

Pipers Projects publish the leading review magazine for the property development industry, which also features an interactive directory of major development occurring in London.

The City of London model is 1:500 scale and measures 6m x 4m. Developers and building owners have the opportunity to detail their buildings (subject to planning permission) and link to the interactive system that gives information available space and new and proposed buildings.
Housed at NLA at the Building Centre, the 1:1500 central London model measures 12m x 5m and covers an area from Paddington in the West to The Royal Docks in the East and King's Cross in the north to Battersea in the south.
Developed to show the range of investment opportunities to the East of London, this 28m x 6m model was launched by Prime Minister Gordon Brown at the Thames Gateway Forum in 2007.
The Building Centre Bookshop, part of the Pipers Group of Companies, is the UK's leading built environment bookshop. For over forty years it has been, and remains, a key resource for the latest books on architecture, sustainability, design and construction, contracts and pricing.
