The Next Generation Award was launched in 2004 by
Pipers and The Architecture Foundation. The ambition is to look
for architects who can bring new thinking to the design of commercial
buildings. Submissions for the Next Generation Award are sought
each year from any UK architecture practice that has not designed
a commercial building larger than 100,000 square feet. The winning
practice are given tickets to attend MIPIM and are presented with
their award on the London Stand in front of a worldwide development
audience.
